Our owners, Brendan and Liz Williams, focus our team on taking the best possible care of our internal and external customers. The Summit Family provides itself on delivering a high level of quality, experience, and products.
We Love Our Employees!
At Summit Heating and Cooling, we take care of our employees so that they can take care of our customers. We constantly offer our technicians the most up-to-date training on various pieces of equipment, service techniques, and more. We have weekly meetings to go over safety training as well as offer encouragement for the work completed in the previous week. Our team is committed to each other and hang out together. We have a company sponsored “First Friday’s”, where we take the second half of the first Friday of every month and come together and share a meal and some laughs. We also participate in quarterly field trips, in the past, we have gone go-cart racing, ax throwing, and even had a pool party. We love each other.

Summit Heating and Cooling practices option-focused customer service. Our Comfort Advisors and Technicians are honesty and friendly. They provide suggestions on repairs or replacements so that the customer can make the best decision for themselves and their family. Summit Heating and Cooling also provides an annual maintenance plan, our Peak Performance Maintenance program. While it may be necessary to replace your HVAC unit someday, we want to care for the equipment you have now. By performing regular maintenance, it is possible to prolong the life of the equipment and keep the home more comfortable.

At Summit Heating and Cooling, we believe in giving back and building the community. We have donated and attended fundraisers for organizations including Community Service League, Mother’s Refuge, Boy Scouts, Northland Early Education Center, and various school districts.
We also participate in the Northland Chamber to learn more and participate in our own backyard.
